Information we handle
We handle information needed to provide authorized social publishing services. This can include account profile details supplied by a connected platform, content a user chooses to upload or publish, service settings, and limited technical logs used for security and reliability.
How information is used
Information is used only to provide, secure, and improve the service, including to:
- authenticate authorized users and connected social accounts;
- prepare, schedule, publish, or analyze content at a user's direction;
- maintain service security, prevent misuse, and troubleshoot issues; and
- comply with applicable platform requirements and legal obligations.
Sharing and service providers
Information is shared only when necessary to provide the requested service. This includes the social platforms a user chooses to connect, hosting and security providers, and service providers that process data on our behalf. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
Service information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for an active account, security, backups, or legal obligations. A user may disconnect a social account at any time. Requests concerning data associated with a particular social account should be directed through that account's authorized administrator.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service. No internet-based system can guarantee absolute security, so users should protect their account credentials and use only authorized devices.
